What is the difference between Waiting Lobby and Virtual Consultation Room in MyVAS portal?

(a) Waiting Lobby: Use in the following situations:

  • By the healthcare provider who wishes to initiate a video call with patients using the MySejahtera application. Refer page 33 to 36.

  • By the healthcare provider who acts as the receiving center. Refer page 46, page 56 until page 59.


(b) Virtual Consultation Room: Use by healthcare provider who acts as a referring center. Refer page 46, page 47 to page 55.
