The three (3) statuses are Waiting, In Progress, and Completed.
- Waiting : The patient has clicked the “Join The Call” button in MySejahtera and is now in the Waiting Lobby.
- In Progress : The virtual consultation is underway. This status remains if the “Finish” button has not been pressed by the end of the consultation, or if the session is interrupted due to issues such as an internet connection problem.
- Completed : The virtual consultation has concluded after the healthcare provider has pressed the “Finish” button.
