User is not getting the vaccination process flow in their vaccination module but they have been enrolled for vaccination.

Check that the verified IC number in the user’s app is exactly per the IC number that is in the nurse dashboard. 

If it is different, you can either proceed with adding the vaccinee manually, or contact CPRC admin team to reupload user details.
