If I have a newborn with no guardian (or has a guardian but the guardian is a PATI and has no passport or legal ID number), how do I register the baby?

You can register the baby in this condition by clicking on ‘Add NIP Vaccination’ menu. 

You will see two options. 

Click on the ‘Add Vaccinee with ID Number (Guardian Optional)’. 

The ID Number of the baby must be unique such as Hospital MRN. 

At step 2, click ‘Guardian ID not available’
