What should be done if I do not receive the OTP during the phone number verification process?

If you do not receive the OTP in 5 minutes, you can resend the OTP to the registered phone number. 

If you still do not receive the OTP after the process, please report this issue to the helpdesk via email at myvashelpdesk@mysejahtera.org.
